National Foods Limited (NFL) has delivered an extraordinary financial performance for the fiscal year 2025–26 (FY26), recording a consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 26.39 billion. This marks a significant jump compared to the Rs 4.42 billion reported in the previous fiscal year.
The company’s topline performance remained robust, with consolidated sales expanding by approximately 14% to reach Rs 50.65 billion. Meanwhile, profit generated from core continuing operations stood at Rs 5.92 billion. The sharp surge in overall bottom-line profits was further propelled by strategic divestment gains following the sale of a majority stake in its Canadian subsidiary, A-1 Bags & Supplies.
