National Foods Limited (NFL) has delivered an extraordinary financial performance for the fiscal year 2025–26 (FY26), recording a consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 26.39 billion. This marks a significant jump compared to the Rs 4.42 billion reported in the previous fiscal year.

The company’s topline performance remained robust, with consolidated sales expanding by approximately 14% to reach Rs 50.65 billion. Meanwhile, profit generated from core continuing operations stood at Rs 5.92 billion. The sharp surge in overall bottom-line profits was further propelled by strategic divestment gains following the sale of a majority stake in its Canadian subsidiary, A-1 Bags & Supplies.

Key Financial Highlights & Investor Returns

  • Record Earnings: Consolidated profit after tax reached Rs 26.39 billion for FY26.
  • Core Growth: Profit from continuing operations hit Rs 5.92 billion alongside a 14% revenue growth to Rs 50.65 billion.
  • Strong Dividend Payout: The Board of Directors recommended a final cash dividend of Rs 5 per share, bringing the cumulative full-year payout to Rs 30 per share (including interim dividends of Rs 25 per share).

National Foods will hold its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 26, 2026, in Karachi to formally lay out the audited results before shareholders.
