FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited (FCEPL) has announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer and Board Director, Mr. Kashan Hasan. The announcement was formally communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in a notice dated September 18, 2026.
According to the official corporate filing signed by Company Secretary Saniya Saeed Khan, Mr. Hasan will continue in his current role until the completion of his notice period, following company policies.
The company stated that its Board of Directors will appoint a replacement for the CEO position and fill the casual vacancy on the Board in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.
“The Company wishes to extend its deepest gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Kashan Hasan for his contributions to the Company,” FCEPL noted in its statement to the exchange.
