Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Reports FY26 Revenue Surge to Rs 2.97 Billion Amid Operational Turnaround

Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, registering net revenue of Rs 2.97 billion — an 11.4% increase from Rs 2.66 billion reported in FY25.

The financial results were reviewed and approved by the company’s Board of Directors during a meeting held on October 1, 2026, at its registered head office in Gulberg IV, Lahore.

Key Financial Highlights (FY2025–26)

  • Net Revenue: Rose to Rs 2,967,528,670 compared to Rs 2,662,735,451 in the previous fiscal year.
  • Gross Profit: Reached Rs 827,068,056, up from Rs 770,187,159 in FY25.
  • Other Income: Soared to Rs 278,611,898 (FY25: Rs 13,558,560), primarily boosted by a gain of Rs 230.32 million on the disposal of property, plant, and equipment.
  • Net Profit: Reported a net profit of Rs 3,342,198, doubling the net profit of Rs 1,673,534 posted in FY25.
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): Doubled to Rs 0.14 per share, compared to Rs 0.07 per share in the preceding year.

Capital Injection & Financial Structure

During the year, Mitchell’s significantly strengthened its equity base through a right issue, raising Rs 500 million by issuing 2,777,778 ordinary shares at Rs 180 per share. Proceeds from the right issue helped the company settle outstanding debt, including the full repayment of Rs 204 million in loans previously owed to ex-sponsors.

Total equity stood at Rs 1.10 billion as of June 30, 2026, up from Rs 580.82 million at the end of FY25.
