The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Peshawar, in collaboration with the Chitral Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI), successfully inaugurated the 3rd Chitral Expo 2026 at the Pamir Riverside Inn Hotel, Chitral.

The two-day flagship event was officially inaugurated by Col. Arsalan, Commandant Chitral Scouts, alongside prominent representatives from the business community, government departments, financial institutions, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Unlocking Regional Potential & Market Access

The opening session featured key addresses from distinguished speakers, including:

  • Col. Arsalan, Commandant Chitral Scouts
  • Noman Bashir, Director, TDAP Peshawar
  • Fahad Azam, President, CCCI
  • Aseer, Coordinator, CCCI

The speakers emphasized Chitral’s immense opportunities across key sectors, including tourism, handwoven handicrafts, organic agriculture, dry fruits, honey, high-value gemstones, and minerals. Discussions centered on strengthening public-private partnerships, streamlining market access, and driving sustainable economic growth for local entrepreneurs.

This step aims to provide direct assistance, advisory, and trade facilitation to local business owners and emerging exporters looking to reach broader national and international markets.

The 3rd Chitral Expo 2026 concludes on October 11, continuing its drive to connect regional talent with broader economic opportunities.
