According to a material information disclosure filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, the company announced that its wholly-owned Dubai subsidiary, National Foods FZCO, has established a downstream subsidiary named National Foods Gulf (FZE) in Sharjah, UAE.
